  I've been using Deason's for 30 years. Now that Mr. Deason is no longer involved with the business, there is a decided lack of forthright communication from the company. I was promised a Monday repair after a Friday diagnosis, which was completely understandable and acceptable. Monday came and went. A company rep told me Monday afternoon that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday, which turned into "maybe Thursday or Friday". I called a different company and was told that "yes, we can do that repair, but it takes a week to get the part". Okay, that also made sense and would be acceptable. I therefore surmised that Deason's had to order the part from the very beginning, and that it would take a week. I just wish they would've told me that from the beginning instead of a seeming run-around. The diagnosis, and then the eventual repair, was done quickly. No problem with that. PLEASE COMMUNICATE BETTER!

  After doing some research me and my wife recently decided to have a Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier system installed. The tech from Deason's arrived on time, and was very professional and their service was super affordable and was way less than what we anticipating. I would highly recommend this company.

  We hired Deasons this week to repair our heating system on one of the coldest days this year. Our regular HVAC company was 3 days out, so we hired Deasons to come out, since they could arrive within the hour. BIG MISTAKE, we should of known better since all their reviews were new, and the posters only have reviewed this one company. DUH, Anyhow they showed up timely, and contacted me stating they needed to remove all the freon, and change the coil. This system is only 6 years of age and they sent us a bill for $ 1432.71 to be paid before any work begins. So we declined, and my husband refused o pay the $ 100.00 service fee. We decided to wait the 3 days and had our regular tech come take a look. The thermostat needed to be replaced, and we paid $ 51.00 for materials, and also a $ 75.00 service fee. Everything has been working fine since. Lesson learned, please chose whom you let in your home. This was obviously some type of scam tactic they use. So read the reviews, and check references, also beware of newly formed companies with suspicious reviews. performing anywor

We charge a $90 Service Charge which we have posted on our website and appointment manager located here on Google 2. We do not invoice you before work, we will send you a proposal of work which you can choose to agree to or not to agree to. If you do not agree to the proposal, then you will only be charged our $90 Service Charge. If you do agree to the proposal, then we only ask for payment at the completion of the job and not before.
