My heater was not turning on and my thermostat had to power. Ryan the HVAC Tech came out super quick. He was very helpful by explaining to me in detail what was wrong and how it can be repaired. I appreciate his patience with me and all of my questions. By the time he left, I gained person growth in my own knowledge over HVAC and had a working heater and thermostat. Thank you Ryan.

We have used Carter & Sons in the past for AC installation and maintenance and always been impressed with their service. This time around our furnace died on a snowy Sunday and I left a message for the closed office. Zac was at our house by 8:30 the next morning to inspect the unit and Bryce arrived a few hours later to install a new one. The turnaround time with this group is second to none! We will 100% continue using them in the future!

Ryan is the absolute best. He has performed annual maintenance, repairs and upgrades over the past years for me. Always professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I also receive texts on the day of service with updates on ETA. All around the best!! Customer care on the phone is excellent as well.
