They got me in  8:00 as they said they would , I was out of there by 10:30,  my air blows colder then it has in years,  it still has just a fraction of a leak , they described it to me and we're going to see how long it takes to go flat again, then we'll repair the leak, and they'll definitely bring my business back. Appreciate the good service, seems to be hard to find that nowadays, Thanks.

These guys fixed my AC system for $1200 less than another place that quoted me for the issue. Their expertise led them to conclude that only replacing the compressor was necessary, as opposed to also replacing the condenser and expansion valve. They worked quickly and in a professional manner that gave me confidence they'd get the job done. If I ever have AC or heating problems again, I will be taking my car right back here.

Went to fix a window motor on my used car. Said they needed three hours, finished in a little more than one. Even better customer service!

Before and after AC restoration by Auto Cool. Prompt Service, Reasonable prices.  They have earned their excellent reputation among classic car owners in GA.

Always thankful for car shops like these. These guys are very professional, and super helpful. When my compressor and sensor went bad, they didn't just say "this went bad and needs to be replaced". They explained the reasoning to a level I could understand, and why the bad parts were causing the symptoms that my truck was having. If you have A/C issues, take your car here. You won't regret it.

I brought in my mustang which had a massive leak behind the dash. They diagnosed the problem quickly and told me exactly what was wrong and needed replacement and didn't try to sell me on anything else.
They were on time, exactly on budget with their quoted price, and fixed the problem quickly. On top of that, they had to completely disassemble my dash and I'm quite impressed that I don't appear to have any rattles from that, though only time will tell for sure.
The nature of the beast with HVAC issues is that they are pricey, but I feel confident with the quality and comfortable with the service and would definitely use them again in the future.

I don't normally give reviews but since I'm a business owner I understand how important reviews are, that is how I found this place. I took my escalade to a shop prior to this one and they had the truck all day, I finally called them at the end of the day they said they looked at it but need more time to figure out what was wrong with the system. I went and got my truck and took it to auto cool  they told me what was wrong with my truck within 1 hour and called periodically to give me updates on the repair. within 3 hours the truck was done and blowing ice cold..

I called for service, was told that it was a first come first serve and I'd need to get there early to ensure same day service. So that's what I did! My car was not blowing cold, they did a visual and said it was a leaky hose. I'd had a prior person look at it and they said I needed a new air compressor. Clueless person over here and I was confused! We talked about it and I HAVE to say that both gentlemen did an AMAZING job talking to the clueless female (me) and then in the next breath answer very detailed technical questions from others. Long story short, I opted for a full inspection, turned out to be the hose identified during the visual and it will be taken care of. I love the professionalism and care. That connected coffee shop is AMAZING as well.

We’ve had two different cars repaired here - each with different kinds of air conditioning problems. Both times the cost was a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge and they were so professional and quick to make the repairs. They are kind, honest and hardworking. Can’t ask for more. Very grateful!

After making several attempts to schedule an appointment for my car to be dropped off for a.c. service repair and told numerous times they don't schedule appointments, but it's "first come, first serve", I had it towed there on this morning and "J" received it. I called immediately to discuss what work in particular I needed done and was told "project cars are scheduled". J was very short with me and stated " are you leaving the car or not bcuz other ppl are waiting" and wasnt interested in assuring me that my car would b safe and not out in the elements. I wasted money by having it towed there and back and was treated as If it didn't matter. Very sarcastic attitude towards me immediately after he realized I am African American. Wouldn't recommend them to any one in our old school car club!

a wrecker arrived unexpectedly with a pile of parts and a car "shell" on the back. we can only assume the customer meant to send it to a restoration shop as we don't do restoration and these parts needed to spend weeks if not months at a shop being assembled before we could take over. the shell had no windows or protection from the elements and we can not accommodate a car in a bay for that length of time in our busiest season. indeed we do not take appointments and we also do not take on vehicle restoration. we declined this job. as to the other "comment" i will not dignify it with a response. we accept all customers with a minimum standard of civility, manners and behavior, ALL customers. again we declined this job. thank you for the review.
