  My AC went out over the weekend and I called Davie Commercial Heating & Cooling. Sam answered the phone and showed up an hour and a half later. He had to replace the A/C system and by the next day he installed the new equipment. I am so happy because I am still saving money on the electricity bill. It is very easy to do business with Sam. I recommend using them.

  Not a big review guy but this staff is worth it! Set the appointment within 24 hrs, diagnosed the issue and replaced the necessary part for an extremely fair price. What stood out was the respect this man had for our home - no mess left behind and a very friendly person. 50 stars to this company as their services would be appreciated in all 50 states!

  I can't recommend Strategic HVAC Contractor enough! They were thorough and paid attention to detail, making sure we had the best AC experience for our house. Really appreciate the hard work the crew put in, even spending the extra time to make sure we knew how the system worked and make everything look nice. Fully recommend them!
