  Dave Maxwell put in a new Furnace on Dec 23, 2020. Dave was extremely responsive, and very knowledgeable. He made a special accommodation to install the system quickly, he was on-time, and everything was seamless. My new furnace now has better air flow through the house, and it's making our house feel more comfortable. Dave's quote was the lowest price among 4 bids. And on top of that, the new system he installed is actually better than the other systems I was quoted because Dave put in a 2-stage (American Standard was running a special deal), whereas the others were single-stage. One Company told me it would cost an extra $750 to upgrade from a 1 to 2-stage system. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone. As far as other folks on here who complained about mask wearing - Dave and his son both had masks with them, and both wore those in the house. I had absolutely no issue whatsoever about mask wearing. My furnace was 26 year old. A.B. May came by and said it was rusting in places, and there might be a crack in the heat exchanger. However, AB May wouldn't cover me for a new unit because their contract's fine print will not cover a system over 20 years old, even though i'd been paying them insurance/service dollars for 10 years... When I then asked how much a new unit would cost, the AB May guy quoted me $5,000. That was the last straw for me. At that point, I cancelled my service contract with AB May, and went out for bids. I'm extremely happy that I did, and that a friend recommended Dave Maxwell!

  I have used Dave Maxwell’s HVAC services at three different properties. One was a full new installation of HVAC system, another was temporarily removing a system for foundation repair—then reinstalling and adding basement ducting, the third was for humidifier on a new construction house. His service is top quality and rates were very fair. I absolutely offer my unconditional recommendation and will continue to use Dave Maxwell in the future.

  2 years ago during a mid July heat wave my air conditioner quit working. I contacted Dave Maxwell's Heating & Cooling. A technician was sent out the same evening. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The pricing was considerably less than I expected. I was so impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work, I currently have them coming out every spring and fall to do preventative maintenance on my a/c and furnace. All of Dave Maxwell's Heating & Cooling technicians are well qualified, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.
