  I had purchased an Ecobee thermostat. I was going to install it myself. Then I started looking at the instructions. Thankful I called a professional company. They sent Ryan over. He installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. He took the time to set up my phone ecobee app also. Ryan showed me how to use the thermostat and app. Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I could not ask for more of a professional and courteous company. Their are other companies out there that provide the same service. There is only one company that I have experienced the service and customer service that is at a different level. I am glad I chose the right company to install my thermostat.

  This is a local / family owned company that I’ve used for 2 years in a row. I’ve had two of the owners sons come out to do maintenance / small repairs on my system. They are both great guys that were more than willing to spend extra time with me to teach me about my system. They never seem rushed but always arrive on time! I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call for maintenance or repair. They’ll have my business as long as I live in the area. 🙂

  Great crew and owner. We had them install two unitized units in the master bedroom and in the hall upstairs where we previously relied on one whole-house unit for 3300 ft plus finished basement. We found we had a bad thermostat firmware after a few months but these guys came out multiple times with no extra charges and did everything they could to make it right for us - back in the attic, replacing boards, rechecking wiring, etc. They called regularly to ask how the system was performing and wanted to make sure we were happy, knowing that an AC unit is not cheap. In short, even though it was a manufacturer issue, not a Comfort Designs issue, they absorbed all the labor costs and made it right, dealing with the manufacturer for us and updating everything at no cost to us. These guys wore booties in the house to keep it clean, were professional, respectful, and we could trust them coming and going. I hope they continue to do well and grow their family business.
