  DW Burns was contracted to do the plumbing on our home and two cabins. We have contracted over at least $50K in work to DW Burns over the years. Recently, we requested in mid December 2021 that a hose bib in one of our cabins be repaired. After calling many times, we are now more than six weeks out after our initial request. In our most recent call we were advised that a repair is still at least four weeks away. After contracting DW Burns for over $50K in work and being put on hold for 10 weeks...our advice is to avoid contracting DW Burns...

  Nate came to our cabin and quickly installed all our plumbing components. He had to work around previously installed furnace ducts which was inconvenient for him but he was a good sport about it. The extra work cost me more but the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend DW Burns' work.
