  I called for my 77 yr old dad had part of lung removed on oxygen. Smell terrible. Bought unit 2 yrs ago under warranty. Said needed ultra violet light would call with price due to not defrosting. No response reasonable answer given. 6 days ago. What great service.first called when dad when was in hospital the day before asked for afternoon said would come that afternoon. Called am said no at hospital. No customer service.
