  Our fairly new Whirlpool Dishwasher top rack broke. I called these guys. They understood exactly what I needed and said they had it in stock. I drove there. The new part was much beefier than the original part. They assured me it was right and said I could return for full refund if problem. Gave me confidence and I was able to find Youtube instructions. For $35 instead of paying someone $200+ to fix it for me. Great guys!

  D&L is hands down the best parts company in town. I called three other places that gouged prices and were not going to have the part I needed in, quickly. These guys got my part over the weekend and I picked it up on Monday. In addition, the man I spoke to Darryl was a pleasure to talk with. He seemed honest, sincere, genuine, and overall just a nice guy. They were very convenient and easy to get to from downtown. The part was a genuine Whirlpool product and I was able to get my oven working, good as new. I will be using these fellas in the future whenever one of my appliances break. Do yourself a favor and use them!

  Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. Darryl went above and beyond to help me with an unusual part, and I am just a one-time residential customer. I would highly recommend them, whether you are a large buyer or just needing a single item that you can't find in a traditional home improvement store.
