I have used Aireserve of Central SC for years. They have always provided great service from answering the phone, setting up appointments, keeping appointments, to communicating what the problem is without exaggerating or overselling, and completing the repairs in a timely fashion, all at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

After I spent $500 on Freon two weeks ago my A/C is not working again. The person in the office said I have a freon leak, but the tech never informed me about that. I would have never had him add freon, if it was leaking. The tech didn't give me a copy of the invoice I signed, he said he would email it to me. Never received the email & all of the sudden the invoice states I didn't want the leak repaired which Tech never mentioned. The invoice only showed the price. ***Beware this must be their way to get you to spend more money*** SCAM***I will let my family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers know how they do business.

We offered to come back out for free and determine if freon leaked out again or if it was a different issue. We let you know that if freon had leaked out again it was not covered by any warranty as stated on the invoice you signed that says that in three different places. We understand your frustration but your fiance approved the freon and signed the invoice that states there is no warranty on freon.I noticed you posted this review under two different names and i have responded the same to both.i will attach copied task wording and what tech wrote that is on invoice. copied task---RRL-160 Add Initial 3lb of R-410A Refrigerant : - The refrigerant system is a "closed-loop system" meaning that it does not require being "topped off" like a gas tank. In fact, in most cases, the refrigerant in the system will actually last longer than the system. If the system requires additional refrigerant to be added, it usually means there is a leak in the system. It is important that the leak is located and repaired before the refrigerant is added. Tech job Discripion --Found system low in r-410 freon Added Freon to system, system is cooling properly at this time Customer didn’t want a leak search Aireserv can’t guarantee how long Freon will last Supply temp 49 degrees, return 68

I have been a customer of AireServ for many years, and they continue to take excellent care of my heating and air systems. Their yearly maintenance price is $119 and covers two visits to ensure my filters are clean and my a/c and heating are working properly. They always call me to schedule the bi-annual maintenances, so I don’t have to remember when it’s time to get it done. I highly recommend AireServ!
