  Have used them in the past and was very happy. Made an appointment to have my air conditioner serviced. Was supposed to arrive between 1-3. At 4:00 I called to find out when they would be arriving. No answer and left a message. They never showed up nor returned my call. I understand emergencies come up that may cause a rescheduling but to not call to reschedule or return my call is not good business and can’t recommend them.

  Called for an issue with my mom's furnace but they were out of town but as soon as they got back they were right on it. Very nice people to deal with. Definitely recommend them.

  Emailed for service in the morning and Krista called to confirm that we were home. Dean arrived about 1/2 hour later and fixed the problem. Quick response and repair. Keep up the good work.
