  The crew is excellent!!! We purchased a 4.5 ton heat pump 2 yrs ago. The installation was professional, information was provided about the new unit, and they took the time to make us feel comfortable about our decision. They spend time ensuring the maintenance 2 times a year on our unit was done correctly. They aren't pushy, they tell it like it is and their honesty sells their business!!! We have done business with James White since 2003 and will continue to do so without question!!!!!

  The Custom Comfort crew provided great service. They did a work around so I didn’t need to purchase a new dehumidifier. They upgraded insulation in my attic. They provide me filter changes and maintenance contract. I trust them to come to my house and work when I am not present. Highly recommend them to any potential customer.
