  Thank you for the great job, I love my new furnace! Scott Haring proposed 4 choices and price ranges to replace my old Lennox furnace including choices from American Standard, Goodman and Tempstar brands. I decided on a 96% efficient Goodman Furnace because of the unusually long warranty period of 10 years covering parts and LABOR. I was very impressed with the way I was treated throughout the entire process. Your team was friendly, punctual, conscientious and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend Custom Air, you get the whole package—great product choices and installation from a name you can trust.

  It was time for us to replace our entire HVAC system so we got quotes from a few different companies. All quotes were comparable so it came down to the interactions with the companies themselves. Chris H from Custom Air came out to give us a quote. He was on time, took time to listen to what we were interested in, and also answered questions we had. He provided us with his cell number to call him directly with any follow up questions instead of calling back into the main company number. Chris H was very responsive to all questions and would provide quote updates within 30 minutes of requesting changes. Once we finalized on the quote installation was scheduled for the following week. Justin K, Ryan B, and Corey S arrived to remove the old system and install the new. They were on time, very professional, and kept the work site clean. They walked us through the new system once it was installed and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Custom Air.
