  We have mixed feelings. While we were happy with the service, the price was really high. Our problem was minor but took around an hour to diagnose. We were charged the $50 fee for coming to our house. No surprise there but also charged $110 for labor plus tax. This brought us close to $180. Like I said, good service and we were very happy the problem was fixed but that was over three times what we have paid before with another company.

  New ac unit installed problems since day 1 . 6 trips later and still not fixed. Which we paid for everytime in addition to the 8k unit! Now it's 87 degrees in the house and I've been calling all day only to be told the owner is too busy to talk to me and the techs are too busy to come out here! I guess we will just blame it on covid instead of incompetent!

  I’m normally skeptical about service companies and the potential for being overcharged but we had a great experience with Curtis. I felt that their pricing was fair and they were true to their word. Everyone we came in contact with whether it was on the phone or in person were friendly and honest. The service men were knowledgeable and trustworthy. They showed up quickly and made sure everything was taken care of even if it meant coming back out. I am pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
