  Bruce put in my original system and has been taken care of my house for the last 20 years. I trust him he is efficient and timely and I can't say enough good about him I hope he never goes out of business.

  I don’t know who they have running billing and customer service but I think they should rethink their customer service. Very rude and unprofessional, charged me 205 dollars for an AC refill and almost half of that was labor.

  This place got the job done. It was a bit of jumping through hoops to get a hold of someone but when I finally did, they went over and repaired what I needed. I gave them access to the vacant house because I was going to be away while they were scheduled to perform the work. I tried to contact the business back again, to get a status update without luck, despite several left voicemails. The next contact I received, was the bill in the mail. No issues here, it was a bit more than I was expecting and I would have been better with it had I been notified of the extra charges when they arrived to the site. Regardless, I sent off payment but have yet to hear back from them. I'll use them again if I can get a hold of someone.
