  Furnace was having issues so i called them to service a furnace that has been having issues they no call no showed now I am without heat with negative 10 degree weather

  Nice service man but knew nothing about my furnace. I even gave him the new parts. Next non Bailey man came out took one look at it and diagnosed and repaired the problem in 10 minutes -$150 Total, runs perfectly. All Bailey wanted was to sell us a new furnace for $1500.
