Scheduled an estimate 3 weeks in advance, .... no one ever showed up. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm, ... I called their office at 3:30, I was told they would send someone out. No apology or anything. I waited nearly 3 hours and no one came nor called. They definitely don't value anyone's time. Think long and hard before calling Cundiff for anything.

Didn't fix the issue with the first appointment. Didn't show up to the second appointment. Didn't even bother to give me a call and kept me waiting all day. Won't be using again.
