the customer service individual was friendly, listened to my situation followed through Immediately in assigning the right technician. The right technician, came out, diagnosed the situation, suggested options for better heat/AC control. He explained the operation of the suggested thermostat. His recommendation was received. In a couple of days, he came back, installed the unit and it performs perfectly. It gives better control in the areas needed. The initial contact to resolution and installment was handled in a professional, helpful, courteous, customer-friendly manner. I received immediate text updates on each step of the process. I recommend the company.

The office staff I spoke with was warm, helpful, and professional. She called me back right away to let me know when a technician would be there. They fit me in the same day and the two people who came to fix our heat were professional, courteous, and explained everything well. We will definitely use them from now on.

The technician who did the analysis and estimate was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Both technicians who did the install were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Also, their price was good. I should also add that they were honest. I asked about a more expensive unit that they carry, and was told by the president that the less expensive unit would work well in my situation and there was no need to go higher. How often do you run into that kind of honesty today?
