  TL;DR: Alex is amazing and professional, probably the most efficient person I've hired to do anything for my house ever. A true Godsend when I needed emergency AC repair. I found out very late in the day at work that my family at home was without AC. I called Critical Care Heating and Air, and Alex was able to get to me within a couple of hours, despite how late it was. He rapidly diagnosed the problem (he narrowed it down almost instantly with excellent questions), and figured out which part he needed to acquire quickly (unfortunately the warehouses were all closed at that time of night). As soon as the store was open the next day (7 AM), I get a call saying he has located the part and is ready to get it to come over. 10 minutes later he is in my house fixing the AC. 30 minutes later, he is paid and gone, and I have blessed AC again. I was very worried I'd have to suffer through the weekend without AC, but dang. Not while Alex is around. Definitely impressed with how professional and skilled he was. It was so greatly appreciated.

  This is my second time using Critical Care Heating and Air, Inc. The first time was 2020 when my furnace went out 2 days before Thanksgiving!! Alex and his crew came on Thanksgiving morning and replaced The entire unit in 2 hours. We had heat by 9:00 am!! The most recent visit was today 8/1/21. I came home from vacation to find my AC wasn't working upstairs. After a miserably hot and sleepless night I called Critical Care Heating and Air never expecting Alex to come by on a Sunday but of course he did because that's the quality of care he provides to his customers at a fair price. He is honest, professional, personable, timely and his skill and expertise is unmatched. A friend referred Critical Care Heating and Air, Inc. to me , I referred him to my parents and now I'm referring him to you. I am so grateful to Alex - you will not regret using his company.

  I contacted Critical HVAC in a panic to have my A/C repaired in the mid of the summer. A technician was at my home within hours and was very professional and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the expertise and quality/ affordable services provided. I have referred Critical HVAC to many friends and family and I will continue to use this business.
