I can't always get there that fast. It worked out great that I was close by and had time. I'm glad you are happy with my service. Anyone with a new furnace should call the installers for warranty work. In your case it worked out great since it was electrical short not part of the unit. Thank you for taking the time to write a great review.

Great job is the best description, he was able to squeeze me in two days early, he was very professional, found and fixed more than just the ac issue, explained what he found and how he fixed the problems and the price was reasonable. In addition, he followed up the next day because the furnace side of my hvac system needed to unfreeze before I could use my ac. @ Rob, sir I give you a virtual hand shake for a job well done. You have earned my business thank you very much.

I'm glad we found that gasleak. Its kinda odd that it would just start. Be sure you have it checked everytime you get a maintenance service. I still don't do those due to Corona virus. You shouldn't need one until Fall. Thank you for the great review.

Last night our AC stopped working. This morning we called Rob and he was at our house within hours. He fixed our AC and even gave us some recommendations on how to maintain the unit. His prices are very reasonable and fair and his work is top quality! Thank you again for your service!

Any time an air conditioner is in full sun all day its going to have problems keeping itself cool. A lattice 20 inches away and tall enough to block the sun most of the day will help. A large plant is also good. Keep it trimmed away from a/c. Don't get a tree that will grow too tall next to the house. Thank you for the review. You will probably see a postcard with my Realtor stuff on it. I sent the hole neighborhood 1 recently. I've been a Realtor for 11 years and I only do a/c repair a few times a day. The only reason I still do it is , I like to work with my hands. Glad I can help.
