  I have never dealt with such a professional and courteous company as Craig Comfort Control. They were quick and responsive in installing our new HVAC Unit. They are definitely my go to for heating and air.

  I called Craig Comfort Care based on the recommendation of a neighbor. Our heat was not working. They sent Dylan out to look at the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part with him. He replaced the part and checked everything out to make sure it was working. He also looked up the unit and found out that it was under warranty, so the part was covered and all I had to pay was the labor. From arrival to completion was less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

  Craig Comfort Control came out to check out an issue that we have been having off and on with a unit for a while. Another repair man had replaced several parts but had not gotten to the bottom of the issue. Justin came out and was very thorough took everything apart and examined it and found out exactly what the problem was. We replaced that part and are good to go now. He was very nice and very thorough also Caroline was extremely professional and helpful on the phone. So thankful that we called them!!
