  This summer was murderously hot. It was the day before the 4th of July. I went out to pick up some potato salad and other goodies form Rouses. It's about a 15 to 20min drive from my house. At some point in time the air conditioner went out in the trailer. I don't know if you know anybody who lives in trailer book it gets hot quick. So when I got home I called the first air conditioning company I can find closest to me which was in Covington. I had to call three other Companies before I could talk to a person. None of which would come out and help me with my air conditioning. Well as fate would have it my next door neighbor Ted had used country air and heating before. He told me the following is usually really nice and does excellent work very very competitive price. Seeing as how I really didn't have too many other options and figured I'd give him a call. One of the best decisions I made that day. Not only did I have to talk to not have to talk to a robot butt it was the owners personal cell phone. I told him my situation and this time I had went over to a friend's house to recoup from the Heat. He said don't worry about it you go out there and take a look. I'm used to dealing with cable companies repairman usually whenever they say don't take a look at it maybe tomorrow the next day something like that I need to go get some stuff for my house because I was going to stay at my friend's house at night and for five hours a day since I talked to the owner of the company and by the time I got to my house. The company owner had already fixed it it was on his way out about to call me. I've never had such outstanding service. The understanding,kindness, professionalism,skill and attention to detail was better than anything I have experienced before or since. The even swept up and clean the floor after they were done. so if you ever have an issue with your air conditioner or heater these are the guys you need to call.
