  I called needing an oven part quickly. Chris called me back within a half hour said they don’t have the part but he checked and i could order part and get it quicker through Amazon prime. I appreciated his honesty and getting back to me quickly!

  Very reliable and professional service for your furnace and air conditioner. In my opinion the rates and fees are very high for South Texas. Weather too high to cost compare for this service but if you have time call several firms and get quotes. If the prices are close go with Contract Services.

  Service tech was rude, misleading, very overpriced and damaged my existing unit. Don't do business with them unless you want to call them back within year.
