  My washer was not draining and spinning properly, so I routed the hose to drain below the washer. Called the washer repair guy and he told me the the hose was the problem. I explained to him it’s like that to drain the water out and the problem was existing before that. He said he couldn’t find anything wrong and that that’s probably it. I see guys online take out a multimeter and really troubleshoot the problem. This guys guess is as good as yours. Waste of money, they just want those 50 bucks for consultation or house calls or whatever. After a while of getting into detail with what’s been going wrong with the washer, He then told me it’s possibly the timer and they’ll call me for a quote. Never did. Don’t waste your money these people.

  After going to ask about a service call involving insurance claim they said the tech would fill out the form. When tec finished he said he couldn't fill out the form had to be done at office. Then office personal said i was an extra 50 dlls to fill out the form. Kind of shady with info given . Will not recommend to anybody
