The gentlemen from Sunwave Air Conditioning came to my house to install a new AC. Armando and his crew showed up right on time and explained the process to us and they began working. Everyone that came to my house was very respectful. We were told that they would be finished about 5, but they actually finished at 4. Tommy came in the afternoon to make sure everything was correct, explained everything to us and asked if we had any questions. The gentlemen left my house cleaner than it was before they got here. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a new AC.

Outstanding Customer Service with an awesome technician. He explained in detail what caused my air condition to stop working and repaired it. Answered my questions about warranty, how it works what is covered and for how long. Also clarified what steps to take before purchasing a new bigger air conditioner unit for my house. A/C leaking in the Attic and is damaging my ceiling. I bought the house in 2012 and the A/C was installed by Sunwave A/C located in Olmito Tx. in 2011. I'm a first time home buyer and I was unaware of the warranties that an A/C unit has. My first time calling Sunwave in April 17,2017. Sunwave Technician checked the A/C and could not determine where the leak was coming from. Which I am sure that he did know but did not want to tell me for some reason. As per Sunwave that technician has worked for them over 20 years. He had cleaned the primary drain and checked the secondary drain which runs to the outside of the house. I told him that I have been having leak issues since 2013. He then tells me that the A/C needs to be checked at least once a year for any Freon leaks or clogging of the primary drain. But what I have seen is that the water is stuck inside the unit and it doesn't even run down the primary pipe like it should. The tech also did not know why the water was not going down the 1st pipe. And he wanted me to wait if it to leak again so he can come and check where the leak is coming from. A week later it leaks, I call them again and the tech says the same thing,"I can's find where the leak is coming from". So I say ok, I will call you again when the leak starts up one more time, meanwhile the water is damaging my ceiling. To make a very long story short. I talk to the Supervisor, who tells me that he is refusing to honor the warranty on the A/C and accuses me of having a mean attitude. I call for a second opinion from other A/C technicians and they tell me that it is an installation problem and A/C units need to be registered so they can have a 10 year warranty and that they only have 5 years warranty without registration. I did not expect this from Sunwave A/C.
