  We can not be more delighted with CT HVAC Services. Troy and his team are diligent and responsive. It’s rare to say this, but Troy is a man with heart. He knows that his customers might be in desperate need (if a heater is busted in the cold winter, for instance) and we saw him take personal responsibility for helping us buy and install a completely new system. I rarely write recommendations but this company is a gem.

  Troy was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our system. He explained everything he was doing or needed to do. He arrived on time and was able to troubleshoot the system. He gave me pointers for how to keep it running efficiently. I highly recommend him!

  I woke up without heat and called Connecticut HVAC Services, they very patiently walked me through a couple of fixes to try over the phone and we were able to make the easy fix without having to send someone out. Really appreciate the help and will call again for any future issues!
