I called regarding a question with a leaky shower. The owner was busy but said he would call me back in 15 minutes, which he did! I listened carefully to my issue, and told me it was not a plumbing issue, but a grout and calk issue and gave suggestions about what needed to be done to fix it, and who to hire. I found his response professional, honest and very helpful for someone I was not paying. He was correct, we hired someone and it is now fixed!

I recently had Burr Plumbing change out a sewage basin, pump and piping in my utility room and was very pleased with them. Since the basin is buried in the ground below the concrete floor, I was pleasantly surprised to find not a single trace of dirt, debris (or worse) left behind since they dragged it out through the family room. Eaton Burr has helped me out several times over the years and I find they're good honest guys that do quality work. I've done many big projects at my house and I've been back and forth to Home Depot more than 4 times in a single day picking up parts to deal with the unexpected after taking something apart. People need to realize patience is required when a contractor gets into repair of existing stuff, it's not like a new installation where they can show up with every part they'll need. Often times they need to rip out and discard more than just what's bad because the contractor who did it years ago did a lousy job. Jim

I found the plumbers (including the owner) to be very inefficient with time, which is very disappointing when you are being billed by the hour. More time was spent chatting to each other, taking lunch (which was included in their time), and driving back and forth for parts (4 trips in a 3 hour span - I would assume you would need no more than 1 maybe 2 trips back and forth) than what was spent actually fixing the problem (bad wire going to my well pump). Not to mention there is a huge mark up on parts (he quoted my $800 for a well pump that is <$250 online). They were also not very respectful of my house walking all over with dirty clothes and shoes and being loud enough to wake up my baby mulitple times. Needless to say, I would not recommend them nor will I be using them in the future.
