Very friendly staff. First couch I received had a rip and felt like it had been a floor model (depressed/softened seat cushions, sat lower than brand new). However after a few calls they exchanged it due to the rip. The replacement was in perfect condition, still tagged, and very noticeably more firm and full.

I was told my couch was being delivered on Wednesday. So we cleaned of furniture out. Then I was told Saturday. Saturday morning, delivery services call me and say delivery truck broke down and wasn't repairable. Then because we're supposed to have a little wintry mix, they said they're not coming at all on Sunday. And they they'd try to get it to me Monday, but it's not a promise. I'm highly upset. I have no furniture because of miscommunication on their part.

The store personnel were great. Very learned and friendly. In the brand I chose of Dream Cloud mattress there wasn't a medium mattress in the store. My sales lady was very helpful answering my questions.
