  Don't hesitate ~ call Conifer Plumbing. I love that this business is local to our mountain community. Shane, the owner, shows up on time ~ every time. He is a professional business man that knows his trade well. He makes suggestions about what needs to be done without being pushy. His estimate was right on ~ no surprises. I would highly recommend this business. I was so impressed just watching him work ~ so efficient. We had him out because a gas heater was emitting dangerous fumes. He recommended a Rinnai gas heater that we obtained ourselves. Colorado Natural Gas had installed one years ago that was not approved for use at our altitude. We love the new heater and, as should have been done initially, he vented it outside. It looks good in the room and the venting looks good as well. We wanted a spicket installed on our second story deck. He installed it with easy access in mind; not requiring me to bend over to use it. He even chose a color that blends with our redwood deck!! Lastly, he unclogged and cleaned a pipe that ran from our kitchen to the bathroom below. We have had other plumbers that could not figure out what was going on. As I said . . . don't hesitate, call these guys.

  Disappointed, frustrated. I contacted them requesting a video scope of a specific pipe. Was told about a $75 diagnostic fee. When they arrived, they discovered that they didn’t have a scope to fit the pipe. They charged $300 (my mom was here to pay them, I was not home). I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of the owner (Shane) to discuss this charge and have received no response to my calls or emails.

  Excellent furnace repair experience from Conifer Plumbing! Dan and Jeff called before their scheduled arrival and showed up when they said they would. They took the time to explain their process and were upfront with costs before doing any work on our furnace. They answered any questions I had and were prompt and tidy. They had the equipment in their trucks to fix the issue right then and there. I will definitely contact them again if I need plumbing or heating service again.
