  Our A/C installation was impeccable! We shopped around a lot and received many estimates. Jamie was by far the most knowledgeable and forthcoming with what the project would entail. The installation took one day and Jack and his team were professional and respectful and clearly proud of the high quality work that they do. Their service package also really gives peace of mind. Extremely happy that we went with Command Comfort.

  I am very pleased with my entire experience with Command Comfort. Especially Paul and Jon- the two technicians who came out to install my new AC. From the very beginning, they were professional, took the time to patiently walk me through the process and ask my opinion about aesthetic options , and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very trustworthy- I even felt comfortable leaving the house on an errand while they were here. Lastly, they cleaned up very nicely. Some contractors leave stuff behind or leave a dusty mess for you to clean up, but Paul and Jon were very diligent about cleaning the space. Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone! And will definitely use in the future.

  Technician Rick was great! He texted when he was on his way and again when he arrived. He explained things in full detail, made recommendations without making me feel pressured, did a great job cleaning and performing maintenance on all three units as well as the outside unit. Rick was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He deserves a raise...Thank you!
