I have had the company out for 3 years replacing the same part. Because I bought the part the second time was out of warranty. Fine, I can deal with that. 1 year later the SAME part goes out again. I explain it was supposed to be under warranty. I received a bill and called. No problems, let us look into it and will let you know if you need to pay anything..... 2 MONTHS LATER I am in collections. The billing manager explains to me that because of the warm fall, I was out of warranty by a month. When I was told what "may" have caused the bad parts, by billing, not the tech. I was told that if I would have had them out for "checkups" I would have been advised. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Would advice anyone who doesn't like wasting money to use either.
Response from the owner
Normally it is company policy not to respond to unidentified reviews. However, we did have a client call on November 11, 2013 that had tried to fix his own unit. Since we had never worked for him before and did not install the unit, we had no history as to whether this was an ongoing issue or not. When our technician arrived, he found the owner had tried to fix it himself and wired the circuit board he had bought elsewhere himself. We discovered he had wired it wrong. We wired it correctly and cycled the unit, making sure it worked properly, but made sure he understood there was no guarantee since we did not supply the board and we had no idea how much damage he may have done to the board or other components by his mis-wiring it. The following year, we were then called back on 9/15/2014 as the circuit board had failed. At this time we replaced the board with a new one, assuming that the shortened life of the old circuit board was due to damage the board had taken when it was mis-wired and power was applied. On that call, the owner paid for the board and the installation. Had he purchased the failed board from us originally and had us install it, instead of buying it online and doing it himself, the circuit board would have been covered by our warranty, and there would have been no charge since it was within a year of the original work. The following year we were called back on 10/16/2015 and to check on his gas furnace. The ignition board again had failed which we now suspect may be caused by other issues he may have created to other components within the furnace when he originally wired it wrong and applied power to the furnace. Since the board only has a one year manufacture warranty, we were not able to get it covered by the manufacturer. The owner was informed by our company and technicians that the furnace may need to be replaced since it would probably keep burning out its ignition system. The owner was billed for the service, but has chosen not to pay for it. Obviously he has chosen to direct his anger at us rather than himself for the problem he created by attempting to do something he didn’t have the expertise to do—nor should he have attempted to do due to the risk to his home and family. Contrary to his revue, we did not turn him over to collections yet, as he claims. Our staff collections person did call him to see why he was not paying for the service he authorized, after which I spoke to him to inform him that the manufacture sets the parts warranty at one year—not our company. Apparently he was not satisfied with that and chose to be vindictive instead. I bear no hard feeling toward him, and hope that in the future he doesn’t attempt repairs on his natural gas furnace himself due to the potential risk to his family it creates.

It's disappointing I have to give even one star. If you are searching for the worst company ever... you can stop your search because you have found it! From the bait and switch estimate, to the 4 month install time for something pretty basic, to the support afterwards... they earn the trifecta of horrible. Their install still isn't working... but I wouldn't allow this company back into my house if you paid me. God knows what else they would screw up and try to bill me for.

Hi Jeff, I looked in our records and do not see where we did any work for you so I am thinking you may have put this review on the wrong company website? We take negative reviews very seriously so if there is a problem with our company we would like the opportunity to make it right. If you would like to call me personally to discuss this situation I would be happy to. I have no contact information for you or I would be happy to reach out to you. (715) 387-3724 ask for Terry.

Quick turn around of the items I needed them to fabricate. Reasonable price too.
