  Amazing customer service. My elderly Mother In Law didn't have heat in her house on a morning that reached freezing Temps. The owner came out on a Sunday morning within 30 min of her call and assisted her with a digital thermometer she didn't know how to operate. Truly thankful for such amazing people

  Thank you for the positive feedback. We normally do not have Service in the winter on Sundays however Robert felt strongly about making sure no one was with out heat because of the freeze warning.

  Great experience all around. Comfort Service has done both commercial and residential work for us and are very professional in both areas. The service call for AC maintenance was timely, great communication and the tech Mark was thorough, informative and personable. Highly recommmend!

  Services were conducted in a professional manner. There was a misunderstanding, on our part, re: pricing. Overall we were very satisfied. UPDATE: Following our clean "Bill of Health" on 8/16/2021 which we paid $190.00. One month later the system stopped producing cold air and Comfort was again contacted. They dispatched a technician the diagnosed a reversing valve failure, and the part would need to be ordered. For this visit wa were charged $69.95. Ten days later another technician paid us a visit. He looked into the "failure" and found the reversing valve was not the problem, it was a leaking tube near the reversing valve. He repaired the leak. We paid an additional $210.00 for this visit. We were disappointed with the fact that none of the money we spent on the system check or the misdiagnosis would be applied to our final visit, which actually fixed the problem. Other than that, their service was quick and very professional.
