  I had a appointment with Altman's for 10 am. But due to unforseen circumstances I had to ask them to either reschedule or come sooner. Dave the service technician called me and instead came earlier which I greatly appreciated. Once here he looked at the system, and attempted to try to fix what I had. He didn't try to sell me a new system if I didn't need one. Once to my satisfaction I realized another system was needed, he recommended a system that worked best for my family, not the most expensive system that money could buy. I appreciated that. There was no pressure to buy or finance, he explained both options. Then he sent everything we discussed to me to review by email. Even offered to hand deliver it if I didn't have a computer. A very knowledgeable person and friendly. I will do business again with this company! A1! Honestly for a change feels great!!!

  My existing system finally gave up. Dave explained everything to me and gave me several options for replacement. I am comfortable with the price and service. Brandon and Miles did a great job installing the new AC and heating system. I'm very happy and I would recommend Altman's to anyone! Good job, thanks!

  Altman's is wonderful about reminder calls or messages of upcoming appointments. Technician Jason F. arrived on time, was professional, respectful of property and answered my questions about maintenance. As a V.I.P. member it gives me peace of mind knowing every six months a skilled technician will ensure my system is working properly.
