This company was absolutely wonderful! My insurance company was giving me the run around for my furnace, they sent the first company out and I was told that i needed a new furnace. Comfort Experts came in and fulfilled the need very quickly.. i was so thankful and grateful we were without heat for 10 days. I appreciate your service!

So grateful to Comfort Experts for “dealing”with my Home Warranty company. I had two prior visits on this service call from another company that could not work on my split system. My system was 20 years old and no parts to be found. Comfort Experts communicated with me step by step throughout this time. Jennifer makes you feel like a cool breeze is coming on those hot days! So easy to work with! When the new system came in they were able to install the next day. The technicians were very knowledgeable , friendly and explained the problem and then all through the installation process. Courteous, quick and efficient! I highly recommend this company. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you Comfort Experts for the ease and professionalism!

This company was sent to me after having so much trouble with my Home Warranty company. They were polite, fast, and efficient. Even through our Ohio winter storm. I am glad they were sent to me to help put my heat in my house. I would highly recommend.
