  Sam did a great job. Clean, neat, on time, and on budget. Sorry to read these reviews on Google... His reviews on Angie's list are more aligned with what my experience has been. He was one of 2 providers out of 10 that I reached out to that responded promptly. His price was very fair.

  Found on Home Advisor. Instead of calling me, Sam emailed me to say if I was interested, to call him. I did. I asked to leave early from work to meet him on April 27. He ended up arriving half an hour late and texted me to let me know. Sam told me he would call me in a few days with a quote. I texted on May 6 for an update. No response. I called two weeks later. He pretended he had sent me a quote and said he would send it soon. Over a month passed and I never got a quote nor follow up. Big waste of time.

  Never hire Sam because once you agree he has no respect for you. Please go with someone who will give you a proper write up be honest about what they do. I am extremely upset.
