Comfort cavalry has been amazing. We bought a new home and our AC went out they were able to come out quickly. We decided to get their maintenance package and have them service the old one to help it live. It held out for awhile before ultimately ending its life at 28 years old. They replaced it quickly and had us up and running in no time. They then came back and checked it a little while later to ensure it was still running and everything was installed correctly. We ran into an issue with our water heater and they helped us with that as well! We got our valve replaced and back in no time. They were always upfront about cost and their processes.

It is hard to find great customer service these days and the team at Comfort Cavalry is the best I have seen in a long time. We recently purchased a home and the Furnace/AC units were 22 years old original with the house. Of course, this is right as winter starts to hit and the temps began to drop. Our furnace was struggling to keep up so we called Comfort Cavalry. We had our new furnace installed 2 days later with zero issues. I wish I had all the names of the crew that did the install but they were top notch. Joe came over a couple of weeks later to do a routine check and walked through everything in detail with me. I will be using Comfort Cavalry for all my future needs!

So, I called originally because I had a furnace that wouldn't stay lit. Made a call and with in an hour Joe was there working on my furnace. Joe told me the good , the bad and the ugly about my current furnace and due to financial issues we opted for repair. Well, two days and 8 hours of Joe's time and 4 hours of Kevins time later I was told we can't fix it here is your money back and we would like you to call somebody else...... I asked Kevin how much for a new unit? He said we would want to be the ones putting in the new one because we couldn't fix the old one and it is what we install. I said had I not been here the whole time and watched All the work him and Joe put it I could understand but I was there and I saw them replace EVERYTHING and my old unit just not work. So the new one was ordered and they sent in a crew to clean the ducts........they were some of the dirtiest that they had ever seen, and I have pictures to confirm. The next day the furnace and AC were installed by two awesome guys and I just couldn't be happier with the overall experience. I have a new heating and cooling team and I plan to tell anybody I know to give them a try. Your not going to find a company that communicates like them and that stands behind their work. Kevin, Joe and the crew are TOP Notch!!!!!
