  When our new equipment was installed the Comfort Air Service technicians were able to provide control of the pellet stove insert from the thermostat while cycling the AHU . Had a relay stick that kept the pellet stove running past set point . I called and their technicians had in fixed in under an hour .

  I had a loud humming and after trying things myself just didn’t know what to do to try to correct it. They walked in, heard the noise, said what they thought it was, and while it wasn’t heat pump related, in less than 5 minutes had it figured out for me. I appreciated very much the fact they still wanted to help and didn’t laugh at my inability to figure it out for myself.
