The front desk employee was efficient and professional. The tech was very careful not to track snow and mud indoors, which was appreciated a great deal. He was very courteous, professional and found the problem quickly. He replaced the part in a few minutes and carefully checked that the microwave was functioning properly. I was very happy with the service and impressed with the company. I have them listed as my go-to appliance repair company.

Service was great! Stove now works like new after repair of heating element.  We were supposed to be notified of the time window to expect the repairman but that didn't happen.  Luckily we were OK with his arrival.  If they fix that, they would get a five star rating

I called to have my washing machine looked at and while Austin was here he also did a recall repair on my dishwasher. I was unaware of the recall, but I was very pleased with his telling me about it and fixing it.

I recently had Austin come back and clean our gas Fireplace out. This is also a service that Columbine does. I am really glad to have a place that can repair and work on my appliances.

Columbine was professional and very responsive. It did take some time to schedule a repair visit and then get the needed part after they diagnosed the problem, but once the part was in they promptly repaired the dishwasher. When we had another problem a few weeks later, they sent the tech back out at no charge. The second problem turned out to be a clogged drain line not related to the original repair, which he fixed for no charge. My only complaint is that it took longer than I’d hoped to get an appointment, but I understand they are busy and can’t send someone over at the drop of a hat. I’d definitely use them again.

Columbine worked my freezer-refrigerator into a busy day (called today / fixed today). They had the replacement fan motor for my freezer on their. truck! The serviceman was fast, courteous and friendly. Their pricing was reasonable. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND COLUMBINE APPLIANCE REPAIR!

Service person was extremely professional. He was faced with an unusual issue and took the time and had the patience to solve and fix the problem.  We would highly recommend Columbine and their employees.  They were courteous, friendly and wanted to help when answering the phone and returned calls when promised.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Columbine Appliance & Fireplaces.  I was able to get an initial appointment right away, and after the problem was detected, the service tech came out within a week to fix the ice maker.  Everything is working great!

I had another Fireplace Company come in a month before and they told me I needed all these things done to it and was going to be expensive. I wanted a second opinion and called Columbine.  Steve was right on time and covered my wood floors and told me all I needed was for it to be cleaned!! I was so happy!  He was very professional and told me everything he was doing. The technician did a thorough inspection, identified the issue and made the necessary corrections.  He further went on to inspect the entire unit and provided operational suggestions for performance improvement (those suggestions were for operating the unit and did not imply any charges.  The tech was simply looking out for our best interests)
