  Had an issue with our heat unit not turning off once the temperature in the house reached the temperature the thermostat was set to. Collins Enterprises was recommended to us. They came out on 12/10 on time and replaced the thermostat, and then left. I got home from work and realized that whatever they did to "fix" it only made it worse. The heat wouldn't turn on at all. I tried to call them multiple times, left numerous messages, and sent multiple texts. No one called me back. We went the entire weekend without heat, in the middle of December, with a 9 month old baby. They came back out on the 13th and got it working but it only worked for a few hours. I have been trying to contact them today (12/14) and keep getting the run around. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm just trying to keep my child warm without having to rely on space heaters to heat my entire house. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

  I called this company when the city turned off my gas and locked the meter because of gas leaks. A technician was dispatched, short wait, and assessed the problem. He came, as promised, the next morning and completed the job in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with Rusty Ferguson and his crew. I would highly recommend this company if you have issues with your heating and air conditioning.
