I had some major issues with a brand new Lynx Pizza oven. Collier appliances took care of my issue after many contacts with Lynx directly. The techs were super well informed, clean, neat, patient and most importantly solved the problem. They also handled a few other Lynx Outdoor kitchen issues for me and resolved all of those problems as well.

Hong Kong has been our go-to place for Chinese for years!  The quality is extremely consistent and the food always taste fresh!  We also love the fact that they offer sushi most days of the week (we have to plan around the days they don’t :) ).   We always order more than we need so we have leftovers.

Tech took about 20 minutes, said it was fixed. He left, I did a test run; same problem STILL as before he came. Horrible service You have to call them the morning of and then they’ll give you a 4 hour window of when they’ll be there  HOW ABOUT A SCHEDULE”??? DAH

Mark replaced a panel on the front of our dishwasher. A couple of weeks later our dishwasher was not draining. He came out the next day and it was fixed. No charge since it was within 30 days of the first repair. I've used Collier County Appliance before and always received excellent service. Mark was very personable and professional.

Mike was so professional, friendly, and helpful! We have been puzzling over our dryer for far too long and he was not only very knowledgeable, but kind and pleasant to us (and our dogs) as well. Thank you for this great service!

I have now used Collier County Appliance for service several times and they have given me excellent service, on time appointments and excellent value.
One time I called them for service for a fan motor that was not accessible from inside my home and only accessible from the roof. They not only came to  evaluate the problem but they even gave me the person to call to correct the problem  (including  the phone number and the person's name to speak to regarding my problem).  What was really pleasantly surprising was that they did not even charge me for the service call.
This is truly a reputable company!

I've always had stellar service with Collier County Appliance.  They cover a huge area, and nearly any appliance you may need serviced.  My grandmother used their service for her subzero, and wolf products, and everything has always worked like a charm afterwards.  I highly recommend them for all of your household appliance needs.  They will even recommend people that can take care of you even if they can't.  The girls there Madison, Donna, and Tatum are all very professional to deal with.

These guys are great! They service all high end appliances and do so in a timely matter. Very knowledgeable, professional, and priced right. Had a another company ( Initials might be  H.T) that took 2 hrs to install a door gasket on a Sub Zero and did it wrong and door would seal, Collier County Appliance showed up and did multiple jobs in the same time frame. The techs knowledge of Sub Zero was very impressive! Thanks guys

My Whirlpool washer broke after 10 years + of good service, so I started shopping for new washers and did not like what I discovered.  Low water levels, noise levels, longer wash times, etc. and some reviews were worrisome.  I decided to have my old washer repaired and Collier County Appliance Service Inc. was recommended by a friend.  I called and they were here on time and fixed my washer in less then half and hour and  had the part they needed on the truck.  It has been 5 months now and still working fine, it was worth the $129.50 it cost compared to purchasing a new washer that I did not even like.  I love my old Whirlpool washer and will fix it again if I ever need to.

They provided a great service for me!  Called in for a dryer repair and since we knew the issue we pre-ordered the belt.  Part came in early & they found a tech available to arrive within a few hours rather than the next day.  He's got us back in working order and I couldn't be more pleased!  (Except now I have to do the laundry.)
