  Thank you so much to Steve and Cocoa Beach Air Conditioning for their amazingly fast response when our tenant lost her AC. They did a great job at a solid price. Will definitely use them again should the need arise. Steve was honest, fair and reliable.

  Look no further for your Air Conditioning service!!! Best customer service bar none. All the other AC companies wanted to sell me a whole new AC system, but not Cocoa Beach Air Conditioning, they recommended replacing one component since the rest of the system was still working.

  I can’t say enough for this gentleman. First of all he answered his phone. Secondly he was on time and kept his appointment.These are two traits, rare in today’s business world. He analyzed the situation and we unfortunately needed a new air conditioner. We’re on the beach so the salt air had done it’s job and our AC unit was ready for burial. He found us a unit which was amazing due to Covid. He came the next morning, appointment insulation was at 7:30AM he was there at 7:28 AM. Unit was installed and humming within two hours. His price was very fair. What can I say about the owner Steve: honest, fair, reliable, a man of his word and to use an old fashioned expression, Steve is an honorable man! I manage vacation rentals on the beach and have had occasions where no one even shows up when they make an appointment and to have somebody that really shows up and on time is amazing in this day and age I will never use anyone but Steve. Thank you so very very much.May God bless you and all you put your hands to! By the way, Steve is the owner.
