  The installation took longer than I imagined and on the quote I told them all the services I needed, but in completion, they added charges for the valves. They also did not honor the gift card promotion. I had it sitting right where they put their iPad, but they sat they did not see it.

  One week and still no air. First visit they did get the air on, for about 6 hours. I was charged for a Blade Fuse that the second technician said my unit didn't even carry. Hhmm? That charge was reversed and taken off. Waited 24 hours to located part and get price and still no word. Travis, the office manager, no help at all but plenty of excuses. My husband located the two parts from Lennox in less than 1 hour. Save time, call someone else from the beginning. We wish we had.

  I installed two Lennox air conditioners in my commercial building and had the old ones removed. These guys knocked it out fast and did it right. They pulled several trucks up and had about 6 guys on the job. It was all done in an afternoon. I highly recommend Freedom Air.
