  After receiving a flyer in my mailbox, I contacted Cochran. Not only did the person on the other end of the phone explain that they could not service Suwannee, GA—even though they delivered a flyer to my mailbox—she explained they could not service my home that day anyway. When the flyer clearly states "Call Today! Service Today!" (see attached photo). I can't attest to this company's service or value, but it is clear they put out false advertising and make claims they do not back up. That's not only irritating when you need prompt service for a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, it's enough to think twice about using them regardless.

  Sorry you had a bad experience with the company you called. It appears you posted a review on the wrong company. We are a small family owned company and rely on referrals from our customers. We don't send out flyers. The phone number listed on the flyer is for a different company located about 20 miles west of our company. Our number is 770-386-1944 and would love to earn your business depending on your location. Again I'm sorry the other company treated you unsatisfactory which we are in no way affiliated with.   Shawn and Jake came out on a Friday and fixed my AIR before the weekend and even stayed late to make sure all was in working order. Best service ever. I am so thankful.
