This is an updated review for the second time I used Pendley.  Both techs were amazing!  They took time to explain options.  Their demeanor was fantastic and when I need further help or heat pump replacement, I will certainly call Pendley!! Highly recommended.

I called Pendley this morning when our heat went out and they were able to have a tech here within a few hrs. Jordan was very professional and was able too figure out what was going on. I highly recommend Pendley heating and air for any of your ac/furnace needs.

My tech, Jordan, was very professional, on time and great to work with on 1/26/22. I was having the HVAC system inspected before selling the home. Jordan noted a couple of minor items but said the system was in good health and was functioning as intended. Would recommend this company to anyone in the Cartersville, GA area.

We had a warranty issue with the evaporator coil on a Trane split system.  Brent T. was our primary technician and he diagnosed the issue on his first trip out and promptly ordered a new evaporator coil to install.  The office called to schedule the installation appointment and Brent arrived as scheduled.  The installation went well without any problems.  Brent was courteous and professional.  It was clear he was very knowledgeable about his work and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received.   The only negative issue was with the unexpected cost of R410A refrigerant to refill the system.  I kindly suggest that when a system is being repaired due to major leak (as my system had a major leak at the end of a capillary tube entering the evaporator coil), it would be a nice gesture to offer a courtesy discount on refrigerant.  R410A averages about $14/lb. when purchased in 25 lb. canisters, so event a 30% discount to the customer in this situation would continue to yield a nice profit for the business.  Again, I am pleased with the overall service I received and I will recommend this company to others.  Thank you for your help!
