  Mat did a great job installing our new faucet! He was prompt, personable and professional. We will use Coates for all our future plumbing needs.

  The servicemen did a good job installing the water heater(on a $1300 job) and were friendly enough, but that’s where the good experience ends. First, Coates uses tanks from AOSmith which are known for their problems and it only took a year and a half to find that out! Now, a service man has come out and charged us $350 for a part/replacement that the warranty only covered $70 of. I let them know that’s a rip and the serviceman tells me I can gladly call someone else to fix it for free. I understand that the labor isn’t free, but $300 for 2 hours of work is hardly a good deal. And lastly, the serviceman blames the tank company for bad products. My response is, STOP BUYING A BAD PRODUCT KNOWING THAT!!!
