  Our first install is close to a year old, and our complimentary first checkup is a few days away. From the first call, to buttoning up the install and cleaning up, it was top notch the entire way. There is a reason why Tim stays so busy, the man knows his stuff and took time to ask us questions about what we expected from our system and gave us multiple options to get what we wanted. Emily has made time to answer questions (multiple times), helped make sure the install schedule worked for us and we had all the info we needed for our warranty. The Install crew did a great job and left no mess whatsoever. Hopefully getting second unit installed in late summer, and these folks will be installing it. I cannot recommend Coastal Comfort more highly.

  Highly recommended. I wanted to proactively replace a working contractor grade heat pump HVAC , correct uneven heating and cooling in our home, save energy and reduce system noise. After one month's experience the new system's performance has met all of the stated goals. CC was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. They were easy to work with, kept me informed and kept things neat and clean daily. Phone calls and emails were promptly responded to from start to finish. Well done Tim (and team).

  Coastal Comfort Specialist Tim Chesley and his team, Derek & Curtis replaced my ancient whole house air conditioner system and my Florida Room ductless Mitsubishi system in one day. Tim delivered an estimate that was very competitive, they arrived on the day and time as promised, worked diligently and professionally the entire day, and cleaned the area before they left. Tim communicated with me thru text and email and offered easily understandable explanations to my queries. These folks are the best and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC system!
