We have been with Poore's Propane (Service Energy) for over 20 years. They have been responsive to issues with both of our furnaces and central AC. Over the years we have had infant children and great grandparents and now great grandchildren in our home and we have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service AND when times were tough financially, they worked with us to catch up on payments without having to go without the ability to keep warm!

When we bought our house in Bethany Beach, DE, 11 years ago, the former owners told us they used Poore's Propane, so we decided to stay with Poore's for our propane delivery. We have not been disappointed. We have automatic fill, so Poore's comes on some kind of schedule, and refills the tank without us having to call, and in 11 years we have never run out of propane. The delivery people are always friendly and we usually talk for a few minutes. The price is fair, and their service is excellent and reliable. I would recommend Poore's to anyone considering a change in propane companies, and I did recommend them to our new neighbors when they moved in two months ago.

Poore's is a great local propane provider. We are always happy with the service they give. We ran out of propane and they sent someone out immediately. A big shout out to Dorothy and Susan who work behind the scenes, they are always friendly and helpful.
