  The technician (Moe) arrived on time and was able to advise me on the filter for my new furnace. He answered all my questions and started my new air conditioner. He check that every thing was in order. He watched as I reset my thermostat to make sure I had a good understanding of the equipment.

  Moe was on time, efficient, and great at solving our heating issues (and letting me know he did). He made sure to give us the best service he could. It was a great experience and I would recommend them.

  I purchased my current HVAC System from Climate Master in 2019 and they perform all annual heating and AC inspections. For this Fall heating inspection, Ashley setup the appointment and kept me informed of arrival time. I appreciated her diligence in following-up with a reminder the day before and an update on arrival time the day of the appointment. Moe was the HVAC technician, who incidentally was part of the installation crew. As usual, he was on-time, answered all my questions about the condition of the system, and before leaving, tested everything and annotated the Climate Master maintenance history sheet. I appreciate the professionalism of both Ashley and Moe. Thank you. Jim
