  My AC went completely dead on Sunday, February 14 in the early afternoon. I called that day and by mid afternoon I had a tech at my house. I couldn't believe it, on a Sunday! By Tuesday mid afternoon, I had a brand new system installed. The Tech gave me 3 options with financial assistance if needed. Very professional, very patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely being using them again and I cannot recommend them More HIGHLY! Great Job!

  4 years after installing a 3 ton unit, it failed, from a leak that they said could not be fixed. Then they denied their warrantee, which said 5 YEAR PARTS. Dan the owner said he didn't mean to write a 5 year warrantee, made a mistake and would not pay for the $1,000 part. Not cool, and not professional to not honor his written warrantee. I will never use them again...Beware. After this posting he gave me the part....

  Climate control systems was nothing short of a positive experience all around! I live in GA, my mother lives in FL & I assisted her in finding an AC company known from others to be good. Brannon was on time, professional & replaced AC unit in a timely manner. Quote/cost for services, parts etc was more reasonable than other companies. Very impressed with my experience & will continue to use them for all HVAC needs in the future!
