Simplicity and great communication through the process of setting up the appointment and letting me know when the service tech was on his way. David, our tech, was prompt and professional and explained the AC terms in user friendly language to help us understand what was going on. He addressed the problem and had a plan to fix it.

I called them to come out and inspect my heater and thermostat because my heater wasn’t turning on.
They immediately identified the issue and fixed it quickly. The service technician was very professional and polite.

I was pleased with the work they did. I've used them for several years now. My only issue was that it took so long to get the appointment scheduled. I called in October for my heating inspection under my service contract and they were booked up until December 22nd. I think they need more help. It's never taken that long for an appointment in the past. However I will continue to use them as they do good work.

David at Climate Control is very conscientious and well qualified to do HVAC work.  I’ve had them install a whole-house system, my annual Fall & Spring checks of my system, and re-do some of my ductwork.  In all cases I’ve been very pleased with their work.

We had a Trane Heat Pump installed last year and we couldn’t be happier with the unit and the service Climate Control has provided. The unit has been energy efficient which has saved us money. We had our semi-annual check up today and the tech explained to us all the checkpoints. Our air filter had not reached the point of needing to be replaced. That was impressive to us and greatly appreciated to not replace the filter if not needed. Since we do not have high volume traffic and multiple animals our filter didn’t need replacing. He did recommend to check it in 2-3 months. Climate Control has exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

My heater was intermittent on and off. The tech was able to diagnose the issue order the part and install with no issues. Thanks for a great job

Came out to repair our dryer vent which had been double covered by mistake when our house was built. The tech was very professional and friendly, and repaired the vent quickly. He then took the time to take pictures of the work and explain what had happened and how the fixed it. Great experience.

This was our first preventative service call and Steve was on time, courteous and got right to work. As a reminder, Climate Control Systems notified us of our appointment time the day before and kept us appraised of the technicians ETA.  Good experience all the way around.

The technician was very professional, clear, and focused on ensuring our system was up to code.  We had previous AC people out to fix the same issue and he finally resolved our problem of flow control.  This company is impressive and I would definitely use them for my service or repair!
